This whole process was very smooth. The title company said you guys were awesome to work with. All my questions were answered very quickly, even if I emailed at 6 or 7 pm. Being a first time home buyer can be scary but they made it not so scary

A discussion on the process in which NJ Lenders was responsible for and covered initially would of been very helpful. Didn’t really know what I was responsible for doing (IE: lender search, inspections, etc)
The last week before the closing, the agent went on vacation/ leave of absence without informing myself, or my attorney leaving us calling/ emailing 24 hrs before closing searching for answers on whether everything was ready for the following day.
Everything got completed but I was left asking alot of questions that could of been answered out the gate with a rundown of the process, and what was covered by NJ Lenders and what I was left with completing.
