Sandy was amazing every step of our journey. It took almost 6 months to close on our house, and Sandy was proactive and efficient every step of the way. She was able to give great advice about our rate and helped us make the most cost effective decisions during our very drawn out process. She was available whenever we needed something and took care of issues immediately. She even extended our appraisal and rate when our closing suddenly got postponed. Excellent service all around.

Sandy was great and trustworthy. I believe there was a huge miscommunication with everyone working on the loan. Which it made sometimes unpleasant and stressful. Overall everything worked out at the end. I'm very satisfied with the results. However, better communication and being more organized can make it better for my new loan

The entire process went very smooth with a few expected minor glitches in something like this. Whenever I contacted Sandy, she was always pleasant and had or would find the answer to my question. I would definitely recommend her and I would also work with her again if I need a mortgage. Not what I expected from a mortgage company, I had more problems from a bank trying to acquire another mortgage.
