Chris Gallo just continues to be an extraordinary resource!!! We initially closed on our property on June 1, 2018. Because of a seller issue, we missed a lower rate. Well, in December 2018, Chris reached out to us and said "Hey, let's look into refinancing your mortgage." Not only was he able to save us some money, but he obtained us a mortgage with the lower rate that we missed before we closed! Everything was smooth sailing with Chris. He takes the time to know his clients, he meets them where they are, and walks them through the process to the finish line. One of the last things Chris told us this time was "I'm going to keep an eye out for you - if rates go down again, I'll call you up and we'll get you set up." When Chris says he's there for you, he means it.
