The underwriter department requested proof of business and employment two times. Both were verified two weeks before closing and were requested again the day before closing.

The underwriting process took too much back and forth with respect to confirmations of money being sent and received. I also think that I should’ve been informed of the amount of the tax escrow much earlier in the process.
Mark was very helpful in helping me complete my refinance successfully. We had hiccups dealing with probate court and delays and Mark was always gracious and understanding trying to process.
