Overall the experience was good and Richard worked very hard to get us a great rate, but there were lapses in communication where we would get lots of information and then no response to critical emails or texts. We also expected the NJ Lenders team would be handling and coordinating the closing, particularly since we hadn't purchased a new home in 20 years, and a lot has changed. Felt like we had to do a lot of that coordination ourselves.
