Timely responses and communication was not the greatest point of strength. It was difficult to reach and have effective communication with the team especially when some guidance and clarifications were required. I understand that the lenders team is pretty knowledgeable about what they do but educating and answering customers questions is essential.

Great communication. Know exactly what they’re doing
Whenever i got nervous about something (rate lock expiring, not getting the final dollar amount for my Mortgage). Fabio was on the phone with me to reassure me. He made what could of been a nerve wracking experience a pleasant one. Fabio also texted me when my loan got approved or when I reached milestones. I am so glad I chose to go with Fabio. He is the best.

Chris and team are very professional and helped us our loan process go smoother. Regarding the documentation side they are super quick and dont stress you for unnecessary additional documents. Overall the best team and very professional. But the only thing i would expect is to communicate a bit faster but they do their job perfectly on time so sometimes we took some extra stress as a first timehome buyer expecting them to communicate faster which sometimes may not be possible for them. Excellent team work.
