Overall we are happy with the outcome from working with NJ Lenders. The rate on our mortgage was great. We had a unique situation with 3 of us on the loan, so we know there was more paperwork to handle. We had some mixups early on around which papers we had to get in when, so we'd want to ask for clearer expectations of timelines for what papers we need and when next time. Part of that might have been our realtor's responsibility, but I think some things just got lost in communication throughout. Overall would recommend though! Thank you for your business!

Maryrose held our hands through the entire process. Whenever we had a question she would thoroughly explain the answer. She always made sure we had a full understanding of every step of the process. She is a naturally kind person. We never felt like this was a business transaction. We were working with two other lenders and a realtor before we were referred to Maryrose. We weren't getting anywhere until we met her. She referred us to a great realtor and things started to move. Everyone knows it is extremely difficult buying a home during these times. Whenever we looked at a home we were interested in Maryrose would give us an estimate on what the monthly payments may be. We honestly believe we would not have been able to close on our new home without her. If it were possible to give her a billion stars we would.
