Everything! Edgar helped us in applying for the mortgage. He anticipated our needs and kept us abreast of what would be coming up. He was always available to us via his mobile telephone to answer questions. He also sent us weekly updates on what is involved in the process of getting a mortgage and on house buying. In essence, Edgar was always there for us. Before we met Edgar we did discuss mortgages with mortgage people from several banks. None of them were as friendly or as available or as knowledgeable as Edgar. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Edgar, we probably still be looking for a house and a mortgage. Even after getting approved for the mortgage, Edgar helped us with our walk through on the day of the closing. All in all, we could not have asked for a friendlier or better Mortgage Loan Originator. He went beyond excellent. We will recommend him and his services to any of our friends or family members. Edgar was the best!
