The process was great
As an investor that was unfamiliar with the local market, selecting the right loan officer was my first major decision. My search for a property had all sorts of twists, turns, and setbacks, and through it all Rob was able to pivot and keep me on the offensive. The staff are all good. It feels like a bare-bones operation in terms of how you're explaining the process. This is the first time I've done a full-blown mortgage like this, so a lot of this was mysterious to me, and NJ Lenders doesn't give much written material laying out the timeline, etc. I was often worried we were falling behind. But Mike and Mark both answered my questions verbally very helpfully.
Tom is great to deal with. He really looks after your best interests. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He's the best.
