He was very responsive and timely in responses. The only reason I did not give 5/5 stars for everything was because final loan documents were not ready until 3am the morning of closing. It would have been helpful to be able to have documents available to review at least a few days prior to closing.
My lender was always available for questions, made the process very quick and easy.
