This is the second time we worked with Lee on a mortgage - while our experience was great on the purchase of our first home he truly went above and beyond this time in so many ways.
Last summer we started exploring selling our family's first home and finding/buying our "forever home" - during this process I reached out to Lee to get his take on what we could afford based on our financial situation. Lee looked through where we stood and gave us his honest take on where we stood and what would be needed to put us in a better position financially. He gave us some reality checks and financial advice which looking back turned out to be so critical in how we managed some things over the course of the next year - leading up to the purchase of this house.
Lee's advice turned out to be a catalyst for us in getting our finances cleaned up and setting us on a new trajectory towards the purchase of our new home - his perspective was invaluable and put us in an ideal position as we sold our first home, I'm not exaggerating saying it was life altering.
To summarize the rest of our experience:
-When we found the house we wanted to make an offer on he got our pre-approval together with very little notice and was diligent throughout the entire loan process.
-As with a lot of deals some challenges came up with getting a clear title - while this had very little to do with the mortgage Lee was doing anything he could to help us help seller to clear title so we could close
-During this whole process my father fell very ill and Lee gave some great advice on managing certain things on the financial side.
- Due to Lee's attention to detail he highlighted a couple of things on the closing statement that needed to be addressed which saved us thousands
-When something quirky happened with our appraisal number at the last minute he worked through the weekend and with NJ Lenders senior leadership to ensure it was addressed by Monday.
I'm sure there are other things he handled along the way that we're not even aware of - the bottom line is Lee is detail oriented, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help whether it has to do with the mortgage or not.
Thank you for everything, Lee - really appreciate everything you've done for us in pursuit of both of our homes and beyond. Cannot recommend you enough to anyone looking for a mortgage lender!!!
