I would say the experience was good which wasn’t a option. Dealing with Luke and Laura was great. But had some difficulty with communicating with the loan processor throughout which was very frustrating. During the home stretch of the loan Laura took the reigns and really made it happen I’m positive it wouldn’t have happened without her. She is exactly the kind of person you would want on your team when you are making a important 30 year decision.
