Joe was always there to answer my question. Whenever there was something that seemed to be taking longer than expected, he was able to explain and make me feel less anxious.

The timing of the loan closing exceeded what we were told. The loan should have closed 7 weeks prior. The closing date kept getting pushed back which created a snowball effect with our personal obligation of why we were doing a refinance. In the future if NJ Lenders would have been up front with the actual time it would take to close the loan, that would have been alleviated our stress.
Bob was absolutely amazing! He worked tirelessly to ensure all was done and completed. He is very knowledgeable and approachable. Always available to answer any questions at anytime! Thank you truly for your help and support !
