Justin and his team guided us smoothly through a potentially stressful process. We spoke early and often to stay ahead of parts that could slow down the lending process. We were able to see the big picture steps as well as the minor details, because of that we never felt lost or confused. Friends were in shock at how fast it all happened.

Some communications were unclear, at the final closing I discovered that tax escrow was incorrectly left out of my monthly payments so now I have the added hassle of paying taxes quarterly.
