Great job on service but this rating is due to the fact that the initial CD and the estimated monthly mortgage payment came in much lower than the actual. This is the information used in decision making and had I not have enough cushions in terms of funds the closing might not have happened. Understandably that some costs are difficult to estimate but efforts could have been put in to this to ensure better accuracy of the estimates. For example the PMI, the title insurance, taxes.
It would have been a great experience except that it took almost 4+ months to complete the transaction. Which is an inordinate amount of time Except fir this the process was smooth and service very Ghos with prompt responses

Paul was exceptional! Constantly available to any first time home buyer questions will a positive attitude and never making us feel like a bother or asking a stupid question. When issues arised with the sellers timeline, Paul got all involved to solve without any issues. Would 100% use Paul and NJ Lenders for our next purchase.

Chris and his team were on top of things during the entire process! What I liked the most was their availability, as my questions were always answered by someone from his team in or before time. There was a small hiccup related to the credit score and the final interest rate, but I would not let it taint my overall experience. Fully satisfied!
