They made clear what was needed from me and reached out to provide me comfort as the mortgage commitment was late and the closing document was snug. I understood that there are a tremendous number of financings taking place, and through a very late night prior to the closing date, the mortgage approvals were completed. We had to send repeated statements that we had previously been submitted, especially my current pay stubs. It was frustrating since the process kept getting delayed. Robert was just doing his job so I understand the delay was elsewhere in the process.

Being a first time home owner is scary! However, Scott, Amber and Donna and the rest of their team were great. Walking me through the process and in explaining everything to me. Anytime I had a question they were a text or call away. Always available and willing to help. I appreciated their patience because they know I probably asked the same question about 10x haha. I also appreciated the constant updates and how they were on top of what they needed to do to meet deadlines. Excellent!!
