As always, Ryan and team were professional, courteous, patient during the entire process. Especially during these times, the re-fi process was as seamless as could be.
It was a great experience with the firm as a whole but our processor Lisandro for one of the properties did not understand the basic documents and kept on asking the same documents again and again. It was very inefficient and difficult working with him. Also his email communication skills were very rude towards us. My suggestion would be all processors who are client facing should be trained properly to understand all the financial documents. Our other loan processor was very organized.
Walter was very responsive and explained the process thoroughly. He was also flexible in arranging times that worked for me and my husband.

Fabio managed expectations 100%. The back office - processors / underwriters were equally efficient as well as the firm portal. They made it easy to provide documentation and communicate.
