Bill was excellent!!! I could not have asked for a better broker, however it took over 5 months to process my loan from start to finish. Having worked in the industry I know that this is absolutely rediculous for a conventional loan on borrowers with excellent credit ratings and metrics well within the borrowing criteria. It is understandable that the loan would take longer because of the volume created by the pandemic, however 5 months is not acceptable.
