Chris is a very easy person to work with despite his his busy schedules. He completely understands customer needs and act accordingly. He is very good on emails and text messages rather than phone calls because he could keep track of them relatively well compared to phone calls. If I take another loan I would definitely contact Chris. No one else can match Chris in terms of the rates, closing costs, and the customer care.
Relatively smooth process. I like the online dashboard. It makes it easy to upload sensitive documents and keeps things organized.
