Fast respond, good communication and status update, overall knowledge and proffessionalism , good service. However, Not sure what is my advantage as a 5 times returning customer. The rate was not attractive at all compare to market and the whole process seems like I am a new customer. Also, The insurance part did not go smooth. It should be common practice to first ask for the master insurance in case of condominium and then determine what is the insurance requirements from the customer. The master insurance was not being obtained or asked for until the last minute which put the closing at risk and cause me to pay way over and more than is actually needed on insurance.
Working with Sandy was a seamless and easy experience. She was always available (literally always!) to help answer any of our questions that may have pertained to our mortgage and even the entire house buying process. Being a first time home buyer it is important to work with somebody that is clear, concise, and has an organized process to ensure that everything goes smoothly, and Sandy did just that!
