Chris and his team provided the best rates and were able to (barely) complete before the deadline. They missed a few promised dates at the beginning though. And for the closing, they provided their final numbers too late during the day that I've missed my chance to go to the bank to get checks. There is not much communication from them regarding the process until I ask for a status update. Overall I'm happy to be paying really low rates. But I would have hoped for a more friendly service.
