Pros: * Chris has a talented team. * Provided me a very competitive APR, Fees and other stuffs. * Everything is through online - submit Application, documents, e-sign, etc Cons: * Due to low APR and rapid boom in real estate, they got busy with many applications, so I was aggressively following up with them for changes/corrections.
