Bob spent the time to take me through the process, go over various pricing scenarios so that I knew all the options and what my monthly costs would be. When I was ready to make an offer, everything was handled swiftly. The app was very user friendly so uploading all the required documents was very easy. The date of closing was a bit of a scramble and everything was not as prepared as I would have liked it to be, but I was still able to close on time. I would use Bob again in the future!
We were lucky to work with Lee when we bought our house and had a great experience so Lee was the only one we wanted to work with when we decided to refinance. Lee does an amazing job of guiding us through the process and keep us on track right up until closing.
