Great experience. 2 points: 1: It was bit difficult to reach out to Chris on phone. 2: They committed if rate goes down in 30 days, I should get a better rate. I would expect some transparency here as I know rates are going down.
I am a 1st time home buyer who has been looking a long time. Lee sends happy holiday emails, keeping his name fresh in mind. I had several failed attempts at buying a hse over the years, and Lee supported me each time with quick responses so I could place a bid. Two hses failed inspection, & svl others I was out bid, but Lee treated each occasion like it was the most important to him, he never gave up. His dedication and support were priceless.
