Sandy was so unbelievably helpful through my whole process she even responded within minutes every time I needed her, she went above and beyond what she needed to do, I also refinanced my house with her and again. She went above and beyond and was patient with me and made sure I understood everything we were doing. Fabio was fantastic right up until closing. We spent months looking at different mortgage lenders and Fabio was the most consistent with us so we went with NJ Lenders. Our closing was delayed by the seller a week, and Fabio promised everything was still fine. Except that he was not aware the closer at NJ Lenders was out of the office mid week. Then he tried covering his tracks and misled us by blaming the title company. We almost didn’t close because of this. Beyond this, Fabio did very well.
Nick was instrumental in ensuring that my experience was as painless as possible. High Recommended!

Fabio is a fantastic loan agent. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market, and about the closing, mortgage, financing, and re-financing processes. He is always reachable by email or text with any questions. He also reached out to us proactively to pursue refinancing when interest rates fell significantly, without our prompting. He is friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and energetic. The other agents in his office are also very helpful and timely.
