The person who made it unpleasant was Justin Bonura. Any hiccup we had in the deal he would ignore it and treat it like the deal couldn't be done and ignore any attempts to resolve it in a timely manner. Basically putting it on the back burner. Well, it did get done, and thanks to Josh for not giving up on me and being persistent. If it was not for Josh this deal would not have been done.
Drew was able to answer all of our questions we had during the whole process. Drew kept in contact and was responsive to texts, calls, or email.
As first time home buyers we had lots of questions about our loan. Drew Anlas was always available to help talk things through with us. He was prompt in getting us preapproval letters when we put bids in on houses, and in this market, we had to put multiple bids out on multiple houses before we finally found our forever home. He is an excellent communicator, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and processed our loan quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend his services to others looking to take out a loan to purchase a new home.
Our first experience with Manny was last year, for a different transaction. We were able to find a better rate with our personal bank, and instead of trying to sell us on why to go with him instead, he congratulated us on the better deal we found and supported us going with them. Honestly, that’s why he was our first call when we began the purchase of our new home last month. We knew he would advise on what was best for US, not what would be beneficial for him. Manny was so helpful, very responsive to all of our questions, and he helped with communication among our realtor, attorneys and title company when some things got tricky. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was on the same page when we had some attorney review issues and last minute changes with our closing. We felt very comfortable reaching to him for general advice on our transaction and appreciate his knowledge, professionalism and positive (yet realistic) attitude throughout the whole process. I would recommend him to a friend, family or colleague without a second thought.
I used Joe since he was at a previous company. He's so good and easy to work with, we followed him to NJ Lenders. We ask for a pre-approval he always gets it to us same day. He takes time to explain things and goes above and beyond to get things done. We had a very short 2.5 week closing and Joe and team got it done with zero issues!
