This probably falls more on the closing agent but the remote closing could have been run more smoothly. It would have been helpful to understand the logistics in advance. It was also concerning to be told that we were approved for closing and then to learn that additional documents were needed from one of our prior lenders. It all worked out in the end and we're happy with our rate but the process could have been a little smoother.
