Mortgage Process is pretty streamlined but it took three months and didn't meet my rates. otherwise I am happy from overall expectation.
Responsiveness to emails was important. A lot of people get busy and don't follow up, but I never had that issue with Mark.

They started with very nice rate among all others, though I had a very difficult case to start with, they not only help me lock the rate, and even help me to save the rate when I had to make the last call to change property.
