Ken is awesome. He is attentive and listens to all questions and the needs we had during the entire process. He always takes the time to fully explain each step and request throughout the entire process and ensures we understand exactly what is needed, why it is needed and confirms when it is received. Ken is always available and responds to all questions very quickly. Ken is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and was honest when discussing our situation and transaction.
